Hold Fast is a company of riders that created a version of toe clips and cages to meet their freestyle riding needs. Thus the Foot Retention System was born! Whether you're a fixed gear rider, mountain biker, commuter or trick rider these, in the words of Hold Fast, "are the straps for you." I haven't ever ridden with these but they seem pretty cool.
